College Imaging will reside on campus for as long as necessary based on student registration. This ranges from just one day to as many as two-to-three weeks. Contact our scheduling team to reserve time commensurate with your expected student participation.

Your room on campus should be a minimum of 12' x 12' in dimension. Once booked, provide confirmation to our scheduling team including details such as the room's dimensions, address, and max occupancy.

Email your students our tailored URL for registration. Registration dues, which cover all costs, are due from students in order to complete registration.
Ask us about events pre-paid by your institution
Email is preferable, however, each university may have a preferred method for contacting their students. We respect the privacy of our clients and defer to each institution's preferences. College Imaging provides printed collateral to be posted on campus.

Administrators and Professors are also a great conduit for student involvement. Their message may be simple but has a large impact.

Students should arrive 5 - 10 minutes early for the session on their registered date. Mirrors and other complimentary items will be available for students prior to their photos being taken.

It may sound silly but a little practice and knowing what you want from your photos can go a long way toward success. This is especially true should students choose to be photographed casually or artistically. Our photographers have years of experience posing for professional portraits but to express oneself is an intimate and self derived process one must practice.

3-5 business days after on-campus sessions have ended, students will be sent a link via email at which to download their images.

Images are completely free to use for any legal purpose. Images may be distributed, modified and copied as desired without permission or attribution. To put it simply, students or parents may do, literally, whatever they prefer with the images delivered.
